Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All orders for Standard delivery are normally dispatched within 4 to 5 working days from clearance of payment. We expect delivery to be within 5 to 7 working days thereafter from the date of clearance of your order. Expected delivery dates are dependent on the weight of your order and/or the shipping destination. Standard Delivery will be by Courier service for orders up to 30kg in weight.

Taxation
All orders to destinations within Ireland and the European Union will have VAT added to the value of the order unless previously registered as a trade customer with valid VAT number.

Delay of delivery
In the event that all or part of your order is not available, we shall notify you by e-mail as soon as possible. Unavailable stock and special order items are normally dispatched within 8 to 14 days. We will attempt to keep you regularly updated on any items ordered that are likely to be on back order for more than 14 days. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the item(s). We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but any dates we specify are approximate only and we will not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date.

Undeliverable Orders
Undeliverable orders that have been dispatched to the delivery address as supplied by the customer and consequently are returned to JTM Power are subject to a refund of the value of the products only (not including delivery charges) and less any applicable return postage costs charged by the carriers.

Claims
Please immediately inform us by email of any of the problems you may have with your delivery. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept any liability unless we are notified within the 24 hours of delivery.

Damage on Delivery
Always examine the packaging at the point of delivery before signing for any package. If the package appears to be damaged in anyway insist on writing a note on the carriers delivery consignment note. It is then your responsibility to inform us of any damage to products within 24 hours of delivery.

Shortages
Always check the number of packages as shown on the carriers delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note. It is then your responsibility to inform us of any shortages within 24 hours of delivery.

In-correctly supplied goods
Please notify us immediately if any incorrectly supplied goods have been sent to you. It is your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-delivery
Please notify us within 10 working days from the expected delivery date of a non-delivery.

The Customer may not cancel orders once accepted by JTM Power. JTM Power may, at its discretion and in writing, allow an order to be cancelled subject to JTM Power  recovering from the Customer the costs incurred by JTM Power. In the event of cancellation of part of any order only, JTM Power may invoice the Customer any difference in selling price per unit applicable to the quantity actually dispatched up to the time of cancellation compared to the quantity ordered.

The Customer may only return products to JTM Power, and receive a credit or refund and on the following conditions:

1 The Customer must contact JTM Power prior to the return of any products and obtain the prior consent of JTM Power and obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork);

2 Return must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation). Products must be returned to JTM Power in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.

3 Products must be returned to JTM Power adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to: CUSTOMER RETURNS,  JTM Power, The Village Mill Enterprise Park, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

4 The Customer must quote the invoice details or the JTM Power RMA reference number on the original dispatch note.

Where the Customer returns products to JTM Power not in accordance with (1)- (4) above (for example, after 14-days from the date of dispatch or in an unfit state) JTM Power will refuse delivery and return the products at the Customer's expense or may apply a handling charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing.

JTM Power accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from Customer to JTM Power or for any items received by JTM Power with them
